FAQs

How do I extend my booking?

To extend your booking, please do the following.

  • Select My Bookings and select your booking
  • Find the 'Extend Session' option and select it
  • Input the new times you require
  • Finally, you will need to pay for the added time.
Please note, if you are trying to extend your session beyond the max stay of the location.

  • If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking, you will be issued with a full refund of the parking fee, minus the service fee.
  • Whilst you are allowed to cancel within 24hrs of your booking - no refund will be offered.
  • You can cancel and request a refund via your account and all approved refunds will be processed automatically within 5-10 working days.
  • your refund will automatically enter your account within 5-10 working days.
  • Within 1 hour of the time when the parking session is due to start no amendments to booking will be allowed.

You confirmation email will provide you with all the necessary details about your booking.

  • Specific details on how to find and access the space.
  • Security information with any PIN codes to get in/out along with a QR code if necessary.
  • Your booking ID and times of the booking.
  • Space owner details if it is a private space.
When you arrive, simply park and leave. With our app, enjoy a seamless and hassle-free parking experience

Yes, if booking was for Park Later, simply change the registration details under the “edit session” option.

Yes, only if theyre are either

  • Two Park Later bookings
  • One Park Now booking and one Park Later booking

Therefore, you cannot have more than one Park Now booking.

To change the duration of a booking simply click on “amend booking details” and enter the new duration.
